Our Process

Our process is very simple, when we start your project. We seal off areas not

under construction to keep those areas clean. We cover or remove any

furniture. We remove doors and baseboard if needed. We use a scraping

process to remove tile, carpet and wood. We sweep and vacuum all floors that

removal was done to. We then hang doors. We will also demo bathrooms,

kitchens, and more in order to expedite your remodeling project.

Our Story

If you want something done right, do it yourself. Ever felt that way? Charlie, the owner and founder of Floor Sharkz did. After serving as a residential contractor in two states and working on 35 years of remodeling projects, it always was the same problem…finding qualified demolition contractors. After all, a successful building project needs to start with high quality demolition. Most of the time, we had to use our highly skilled finish carpenters to do the necessary demolition before they could get started.

So, we made a decision, start our own demolition company, with our own highly trained and responsible staff. Using the right equipment is also key to get the job done right the first time, with as little disturbance as possible and in a safe manner. We invested in state of the art rip up machines, grinders, HEPA filtered vacuums, hydraulic dump trailers, and air scrubbers.
